Paro(name changed), a 19-year-old woman, suffered from infection, irritation, and allergies every time she got her period from using synthetic sanitary pads.
Pinkishe Foundation led a Menstrual Hygiene literacy Session at Arya Kanya Inter College, Kashipur, Uttarakhand on 27th December 2022.
Our facilitator addressed the issue and hence educated them about the benefits of reusable cloth sanitary pads, menstrual hygiene, and sustainable disposal of menstrual waste.
